Instructions
Step 1
Tomatoes - cut cross on bottom, boil quickly to remove skin & seeds, then continue cooking
Step 2
Peppers - bake/grill at 200C until black burned (for smoky taste), let sweat in a covered glass bowl or a plastic bag. Take off skin.
Step 3
Cook very long (hour +) with garlic
Step 4
Add olive oil generously
