I grew up drinking this and my father's favourite ever. Fresh ginger and lemon grass gives the citrusy flavour along with other ingredients.

Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil in a pot or kettle.
Step 2
Brew water, ginger, lemon grass, cardamom pods & fennel seeds for few minutes.
Step 3
After add green tea leaves and brew again for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add sugar if needed. Serve hot!
