"Fried" Fish Sandwich

Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the Mayo, pickles, dill, and lemon juice to make a tartar sauce. Set in fridge while cooking fish.
Step 2
Season fish with cajun seasoning, pepper and salt.
Step 3
Place the cornmeal in a shallow dish.
Step 4
Press the fish into the cornmeal, coating it on all sides.
Step 5
Heat2 tsp of oil in a non stick skillet at medium high heat. Add three pieces of fish and cook until golden on each side. It should take 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 6
Make your sandwiches with toasted rolls, fish, 2 Tb Tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion.
