Step 1
Instructions: 1. Boil a large pot of water. 2. Cook the tomato concentrate in the pot for around 10 minutes, then set aside. 3. Slice the chilli peppers and finely chop the garlic. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and chilli peppers. Cook for 20 seconds. 5. Stir in the tomato passata and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. 6. Add the spaghetti to the pan and cook for 4 minutes, flipping it to cook the other side. 7. Slowly add the tomato concentrate sauce. 8. Season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking as the pasta absorbs the sauce. 9. Let the spaghetti cook for 1-2 minutes for crispiness. 10. Stir the pasta and spread it out in the pan to toast. 11. Drizzle olive oil over the pasta and remove from the pan. 12. Plate the spaghetti and top with additional olive oil & pepper
