Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cook the onion in olive oil. Add the butternut (diced), a pinch of salt and a ladle of water. Cook until you can easily mash the butternut with a fork. Then blend until you get a smooth texture.
Step 3
In a pan, put the sauce, pasta water and pasta. Cook until you get a texture you like.
Step 4
It's ready, you can serve with parmesan, bacon (cook it in a frying pan) and rosemary if you want. Bon appétit !
