Recipe:
Ingredients-
1 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
1 tsp oil from sun dried tomatoes
Sun dried tomatoes to liking
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tsp oregano
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Directions-
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a small baking dish, add the olive oil to the bottom of the dish. Then add the eggs, oil from sun dried tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, feta, oregano, salt, & pepper.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are cooked to liking.
4. Enjoy with toast!
