Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a medium bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla and red food coloring until well combined.

Whisk in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until well combined.
Step 4
Fold in the chocolate chips then pour the batter into a prepared 7×7 inch baking tray.
Step 5
Bake for around 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing.
