Instructions
Step 1
Bloom gelatin in water. Agg egg white and whip with a fork till fluffy.
Step 2
Preheat a pan and add spray/oil
Step 3
Pour a scoop of mixture into the pan and cook for 1-2 mins per side or until it starts to crisp round the edges.
Step 4
Flip and repeat.
