Step 1
Mix all ingredients well
Step 2
Let sit 10 mins add water if needed to create a pourable batter
Step 3
Pour batter into HOT pan over Med high heat tilt pan around to spread out evenly and as thin as you like
Step 4
Cook for 3 mins then gently release edges with spatula and flip.
Step 5
You should not see any translucent areas in tortilla
Step 6
After cooked place on cooling rack
