30 MINUTE GF & DF CHICKEN CURRY ✨👩🏽‍🍳 This is my HOLY GRAIL curry. It is almost a fusion between butter chicken and chicken korma: my two FAV curries ever. My whole family is obsessed with this, and luckily for me (and you), it couldn’t be easier to make. For this curry you will need; - 1 tbsp of avocado oil or ghee - 6 chicken thighs OR 1 block of tofu - 1 white onion - 1 tbsp of fresh ginger - 400g coconut cream - 400g tomato passata - Spices; 3 tbsp garam masala, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp curry powder (you can mitigate this), 1 tbsp cumin, and 1 pinch of all spice (you can mitigate this) - 1 tbsp salt (add more to your liking) Directions; 1. Sauté your onion and ginger 2. Add your chicken and your spices on medium heat and let your chicken cook through 3. Once your chicken is basically cooked, add your coconut cream and passata, and stew for approximately 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens 4. Serve with rice (I used red rice), top with natural yoghurt, and coriander That’s it!! I hope you love it 🤍
