Instructions

Step 1
Finely slice the onions and sauté them in a pan until they take on a golden translucent color.

In the same pan, add the chicken fillets previously cut into strips, along with the curry, parsley, pepper, salt, and tomato paste, and cook until the chicken turns white. At this stage, your kitchen should be filled with an enticing aroma that will make your mouth water. Without a doubt!

Add the button mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. The mushrooms should not be fully cooked as they will finish cooking gently in the sauce we're going to prepare.
