This has to be one of my all time favourite recipes! It's easy to make and results in a wonderful warm dish bursting with flavour. I have made it many times to many compliments. It's rare for me to not adjust recipes to our taste but I always make this dish as written with only a couple of occasional changes. When preparing it for people who can't tolerate any heat I cut down on the cayenne and for those who are lactose intolerant I substitute oil for the ghee and coconut milk for the dairy cream. It's always a winner!
