Arguably the best Apple dessert ever is Apple strudel . Here is my super easy version to make it in under 25 minutes

Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice apples then add to a bowl with vanilla sugar or regular sugar , cinnamon and mix together
Step 2
Add a squeeze of lemon juice mix again then roll out the puff pastry and spread the apple pieces all over leaving a border of 1 1/2 inches free all around the outside . Sprinkle bread crumbs and 2 tbsp of the almonds on the apples then roll lengthways . When you come to the end pinch each side so it is pulled downwards and sealed . Brush with egg wash milk or butter . Sprinkle the remaining almonds on top then bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy . Leave it in the oven for a few minutes after it’s cooked then remove cool slightly and serve while still warm
