Instructions
Step 1
Spread pesto down the middle centre of the tortilla.
Step 2
Place crumbled feta over the pesto, topping with the avocado, sprouts then tomato.
Step 3
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the tomato, topping with some sriracha, if desired.
Step 4
Fold bottom third of tortilla upwards covering some of its contents, then bringing the two sides over the centre to complete the wrap.
Step 5
Optional: Toast the wrap in a sandwich press for extra crunch.
