200gLow Fat Greek Yogurt
25gHot Sauce
I used Sauce Shop Buffalo Sauce

Cucumber Yoghurt mix
Tumeric rice
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken ingredients, mix til coated, fry in butter for 8 to 10 minites until cooked, remove from heat then cube the chicken
Step 2
Mix all ingredients for samurai mix
Step 3
Mix all ingredients for cucumbee yoghurt mix
Step 4
Follow normal rice cooking instructions but add timeric to water when boiling
