My husband loves making ceviche and he usually makes a shrimp with imitation crab meat one, but today’s he’s using red snapper. You can sub it with another white fish as well.

Step 1
Soak the seafood in lime juice with the onions for about 1 hour. This acid from the limes will “cook” it. Add the rest of the ingredients (except avocado). Put it in the fridge for another hour. Add avocado then serve with chips or tostadas!
