Instructions

Step 1
Slightly salt pork, leave and then dry with kitchen paper
Step 2
Heat oil and sugar in frying pan until sugar caramelises (10 mins)
Step 3
Fry pork until well browned
Step 4
Add other ingredients and simmer with a lid on until fork tender
Step 5
Uncover and cook until coated with syrup
Step 6
Add spring onion greens to decorate and wilt
