Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken both sides AND under the skin(you’ll thank me later)
Step 2
Sear chicken on both sides. 3-4 minutes each side
Step 3
Add onion to pan once chicken is done. Sauté till soft and translucent
Step 4
Add sun dried tomatoes and garlic and sauté with onions
Step 5
Add spinach and sauté for one minute or until the spinach has wilted
Step 6
Add heavy cream and parm and bring to a simmer
Step 7
Add rice
Step 8
Cover with lid and bake at 350 for 30 minutes(or until rice is cooked and sauce has thickened)
Step 9
Also, I know it’s super late in the recipe… but please for the love of god rinse your rice. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, call me.
