Step 1
Add all the ingredients in a bowl in the order that I listed them and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Take some of the batter with a spoon and use your finger to let it fall inside of some hot olive oil (170C/340F), repeat, and fry your fritters for 3-4 mins or until golden brown. Serve with some icing sugar on top. Buon appetito!
