Healthy Chipotle Mayonnaise-Dip This healthy, high protein, zero oil chipotle dip is unbelievably delicious, super easy to make and can be enjoyed as a salad dressing, mayonnaise, spread in sandwich, wrap, toast and much more😋 📌 Save & Share the recipe! Follow for more Ingredients:- 1 large red bell pepper 5-6 cloves garlic 10 cashews 5-6 Kashmiri red chilies (adjust accordingly) 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup hung curd 1/2 tsp salt 1/2tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp dried oregano Soak cashews and red chilies for an hour. Roast bell pepper over a flame. Remove the skin, chop roughly then add it to a blender along with rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy. Add little bit of water if required. If using as a dip then garnish with some dried oregano, red chili flakes and dill. Keep in refrigerator up to 7 days and Enjoy!
