Instructions
Step 1
Cook 8 oz noodles al dente

Brine 10 min (4 c water, 2 tbsp salt)

Pat dry
Step 4
Cook on hot skillet w/ 2 tbsp neutral oil, 2-3 min each side
Step 5
Remove scallops
Step 6
Melt 4 tbsp butter, 2 garlic, 2 tbsp parsley/thyme, scrape for 1 min
Step 7
Add 1/2 c milk, pasta, salt
Step 8
AT the end, add pepper, olive oil
