Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat in flour.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 5
In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Step 6
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
Step 8
