Ingredients

10chicken thighs
boneless, skinless

¾ cupsalsa

⅓ cupliquid honey

¼ cuporange juice

¼ cupsoy sauce

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1.5 Tbspfresh ginger
grated

2 tspolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken thighs in a large resealable freezer bag.
Step 2
Pour in the salsa, honey, orange juice, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, ginger, and olive oil.
Step 3
Squish together to combine.
Step 4
Remove excess air from the bag and seal. Freeze.

Thaw.
Step 6
Bake chicken at 400° for 40-50 minutes.
Step 7
Pour the sauce into a stovetop pot. Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce.
Step 8
Heat to boiling. Stir for a few minutes while the sauce thickens.
Step 9
Serve the sauce over the chicken.
