Jackfruit marinade
Step 1
1. Was de jackfruit met water met wat azijn. Voeg daarna de olie en alle kruiden samen, schud goed door elkaar en laat 30-60 minuten marineren.
Saus
Step 2
2. Fruit de ui en knoflook. Voeg knoflook en gember toe en fruit nog even door. Schuif alles aan de kant, voeg wat meer olie in het midden van de pan toe en bak hierin 30 seconden de kruiden. Voeg de tomatenpuree, zout en kokosmelk en bloemkool toe en laat pruttelen.
Step 3
3. Bak de jackfruit op hoog vuur tot er bruine/zwarte vlekken op komen. Voeg toe aan de saus en serveer met rijst of naan.
