Ingredients :-
For marination -
Soya Chunks - 1 cup (boiled)
Curd - 1/4 Cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
A pinch of Salt
📌Marinate for 20 mins.
For Pulao -
Cooking Oil - 2tbsp
Ghee - 1tbsp
Whole Spices
Onion - 2
Slit Green Chillies
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Capsicum - 1
Chopped Tomato - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Biryani Masala - 1tbsp
Soaked Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Water - 1 & 1/2 Cup
Ghee - 1tbsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Coriander Leaves
📌Cover the lid & Cook over medium flame for 1 whistle.
Serve it with raita and enjoy.!!
