½ Tbsoregano

4 tspgarlic purée
or 4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoonstomato puree
2 Tbssweet chilli sauce
1chicken stock cube
150gcream cheese
I used Philadelphia sweet chilli

Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken and fry off until it’s starting to brown, add in the onions and peppers and cook until soft. Add in the garlic, tomato puree and sweet chilli sauce and cook for a few minutes. Then add in the stock and cream cheese. Reduce this down until it’s formed a thicker sauce. Garnish. Serve and enjoy.
