Instructions
Step 1
Wash potatoes, pat dry, rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius circulating air approx.
Step 2
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 3
After baking, cut off the potatoes at the top, shell them and put the inside in a bowl. Add the eggs, as well as the chopped onion, ham, 50 g cheese and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Step 4
Now fill the filling into the wrapped potatoes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and continue baking for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
If there is anything left of the filling, you can bake it separately in a baking dish. Enjoy it!
