Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, fry the onion until soft. Then add the minced beef and curry.

Once the beef starts to brown, add in the chopped carrots.

Melt the OXO cubes with some boiling water and add them to the pot.

Add the chopped cabbage and celery sticks.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add water to cover all the vegetables.
