Instructions

Step 1
Prep work: dice onion, romaine lettuce, jalapeño. Quarter cherry tomatoes.

Step 2
Add onion to sauté pan or cast iron skillet along with impossible meat. Brown the meat until crumbly, onion should be soft at this point as well.
Step 3
Add taco seasoning and water (per instructions). If just using a taco seasoning powder add 3tbsp of water at this time.
Step 4
Continue cooking until the additional water is absorbed. Cut up avocado while this is being done.
Step 5
When done take pan off the burner and set aside.
Step 6
Optional: heat flour tortillas
Step 7
Add meat to tortillas and top with jalapeños, olives, cherry tomatoes and avocado as desired.
