1 poundground turkey
1 tablespoonolive oil

1bell pepper

1 teaspoonchili powder
½ teaspooncumin
¼ teaspoonpaprika
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
½ cupwater
¼ cuptaco sauce
¼ cupshredded cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Step 3
Drain off any excess grease.
Step 4
Add the onion, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the water and taco sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Step 6
Sprinkle the cheese over the turkey mixture and cook until melted.
Step 7
Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa, if desired.
