Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Cube chicken breast
Step 3
Sauté chicken in pan until it no longer appears raw on outside
Step 4
Cut up broccoli crowns into individual pieces and steam until a fork can go through. (Should still be a vibrant green color, should not be mushy)
Step 5
Spread steamed broccoli evenly in bottom of 9x12 glass baking dish
Step 6
Add chicken.
Step 7
On the side mix cream of chicken and Mayo until blended.
Step 8
Spread cream of chicken mixture on top of chicken and broccoli in the pan.
Step 9
Top with layer of croutons and a layer of shredded cheese.
Step 10
Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes
