Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the cookies layer ingredients and bake in the oven on 180C for 20 minutes
Step 2
Mix all the peanut butter base ingredients and pour over the baked cookies layer. Let it cool down and harden a bit.
Step 3
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour on the bars. Put in the fridge and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Slice and enjoy
