Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse beans and toss with 1tbs oil, 2tbs of cornstarch, 1tbs of curry powder and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp onion powder
Step 2
Spread evenly on parchment paper and air fry on 400°F for 20mins
Step 3
Saute onion in remaining oil in a large skillet on medium heat until translucent
Step 4
Once onion is cooked add ginger and cook until fragrant
Step 5
Add tomato sauce, sour cream and remaining curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and (optional) cayenne pepper
Step 6
Once beans are cooked, stir them into the sauce and simmer for 2-3minutes
Step 7
Serve with rice or other side
