Chilli Beef Quesadilla
Chilli Beef Quesadilla!
Made a huge pan of Speedy Syn Free Chilli Beef to make these quesadillas tonight so plenty of left overs for dinners tomorrow too 🙌
500g 5% Beef Mince
Can of 5 bean salad (drained)
2 Onion (diced)
2 peppers (diced)
6 mushrooms (chopped)
2 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp mild chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground corriander
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp Hendersons relish
Pinch salt and pepper
In a pan fry off the onion, peppers, mushroom and garlic with Frylight.
Add in mince and cook until browning.
Mix all spices together in a bowl then add this to the pan.
Then add in the beans, Hendersons relish, tomato puree and mix through.
Cook for 10-15mins on a low heat.
Filled onto 1/2 of the wrap with grated cheese then grilled on each side for 2-3mins.
Weigh it down whilst cooking so cooks through flat (we just popped a plate on top).
❤Wraps are the Tesco free from ones for a HexB, or only 3.5 syns.
❤40g Grated Mozzarella for HexA
💛Wedges (syn free) – These are just seasoned with paprika, garlic and rock salt then cooked the in Actifry with Frylight
💛Sour Cream (syn free) – 3 large tbsp fat free fromage frais (or 0% fat Greek yog works), juice of half a lemon, 1 tsp chives and 1 tsp garlic powder. Tastes just like the real deal 😉
💛Chunky Salsa (0.5 syns for 2 level tbsp)
