Step 1
* Dice 700g raw potato 🥔 * season with Tbsp garlic powder, tbsp oregano, Black pepper, tbsp olive oil and tsp salt ‼️
* mix together & oven or air fry for 15-20 mins at 220°C until golden and crispy🔥
* then on medium heat :
* 15g light butter 🧈
* Tbsp garlic 🧄 * Seasoned raw chicken breast 🍗 ( season with tbsp paprika, tbsp garlic powder, tbsp oregano, tbsp black pepper )
* Cook for 10 mins and then add 75g bbq sauce, 75ml water, 15g honey, stir together and add 20g mozzarella cheese , let it simmer and add parsley to finish it off🌿
* Add equal portions to meal prep containers !!
