Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9 dish with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and then add in the wet. Mix until fully incorporated. Fold in the apples.
Step 3
3. Pour into your baking dish. Top with monk fruit or anything else you’d like. Bake for 35 minutes.
