1C. milk
1C. sourdough discard
3T. melted butter
2 eggs
2t.vanilla
3T. sugar
2t. baking powder
1t. baking soda
1/2t. salt
1 1/2C. flour

In a medium sized bowl mix together all the liquid ingredients & set aside. Then in a large mixing bowl mix together all the dry ingredients. While whisking the dry ingredients add the liquid mixture & stir until smooth. The batter will be thick. Cook on a hot skillet 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown on both sides.
