Step 1
Slice the halloumi. Mix together honey, chilli flakes, paprika, and a splash of water. Coat the halloumi and cook until sticky and golden. Fry the onion and pepper until soft. Mix in salt and pepper seasoning. Heat the flat bread. Top with lettuce, the mixture, drizzle with peri mayo and sweet chilli.
