Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into 1 to 1½ inch cubes and dry with paper towel. Place the chicken in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add flour and toss well.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick skillet until hot but not smoky
Step 3
Add chicken cubes and cook in one layer, turning occasionally for about 3½ minutes – you want it to be golden brown on the edges and cooked through.
Step 4
Add butter and parsley/garlic to the pan and cook for one minute shaking the skillet to coat the chicken
Step 5
Serve immediately with lemon wedge for each serving
