Butterfly your chicken breast and cut into thin strips. 2. Season chicken with garlic powder black pepper, salt, egg, white, and cornstarch. 3. Heat enough neutral oil, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side do not overcook the chicken. Chicken will cook again in the sauce. 4. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. You can double the sauce if you would like to serve it with rice. 5.
