Continuing the countdown for my fave 2023 recipes
Ingredients
- 200g oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 small bananas, mashed
- 40 grams vanilla protein powder
- 2-3 tsbp SF maple syrup
- extra sweetener if needed (optional)
- tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- handful of dark choc chips
Recipe
1. Mash bananas and combine with dry ingredients
2. Add maple syrup and milk
3. Fold in chocolate chips
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
