Instructions

Step 1
1. Pile flour on a clean surface and make a well in the middle

2. Add water, salt and olive oil and begin mixing with a fork in a circular motion

3. Continue to pull more flour in as you mix until it becomes thick
Step 4
4. Hand knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic

5. LET REST FOR 30 MINUTES- the pasta is le tired
Step 6
6. Roll out with a rolling pin into a thick oval and slice into small strips with a knife (about 1/4 inch thick)
Step 7
7. Hand roll each piece out into a long and skinny snake. These will resemble thicker spaghetti
Step 8
8. Boil in salted water for 2 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce!
