Step 1
Slice the breasala in thin strips.



Step 2
Clean the radicchio and slice it.



Step 3
Pour a couple of spoons of olive oil into a pan and switch on the stove. After a few minutes, ease down the radicchio. Stew the radicchio for five minutes.







Step 4
Pour the white wine into the pan and stir the radicchio. When the alcohol is evaporated, add salt and pepper and stir again. Swtich off the stove and cover the pan to keep the vegetables warm.






Step 5
Boil the gnocchi in salty water, as long as it takes to see them emerge from the water. When they are ready, remove from the pot with a slotted spoon and put them into the pan with the radicchio.






Step 6
Serve the gnocchi adding the breasola and some grated parmesan.
