Bamboo Skewers

Let’s make Filipino Pork BBQ in the air fryer! 🇵🇭🙌🏼 Ingredients: 3 lb pork shoulder Bamboo Skewers Marinade: 1/2 cup banana ketchup 1 cup lemon lime soda 1 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup oyster sauce 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup garlic minced 2 teaspoons ground pepper Basting Sauce: 1/4 cup of banana ketchup 1/4 cup of oyster sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil (optional, but I love this flavor!) Recipe: 1. Mince the garlic and cut the pork into chunks or strip (1 1/2 to 2 inches wide with a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch); know that as the meat cooks, it’ll shrink in size 2. Create the marinade by combining the garlic, ground pepper, brown sugar, banana ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce and lemon lime soda into one container 3. Place the pork into the marinade and refrigerate for at least a four hours or overnight for best results 4. Put the pork generously on the skewers; no spaces in between 5. Place the pork skewers into the air fryer tray and set temperature to 360F degrees for 5 minutes (you may have to adjust slightly depending on the size your meat is cut) 6. When it’s done, baste the pork, flip it and baste the other side 7. Continue cooking at 360F degrees for another 5 minutes 8. When the pork skewers are ready, eat by themself or with rice! Just eat and enjoy! It’s so sarap (delicious)! 🤤 . . . . . .

Instructions
