Instructions
Step 1
Marinate Pork: Mix ground pork with 1T soy sauce, 1/2T sugar, 1/2T sesame oil, 1t minced garlic, 1/2t minced ginger, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare Ingredients: Squeeze and crumble tofu. Squeeze and chop kimchi. Chop green onions. Chop some glass noodles.(optional)
Step 3
Cook Pork: Cook marinated pork over medium-high heat until well cooked.
Step 4
Mix Filling: Combine cooked pork, tofu, kimchi, green onions, and glass noodles. Add 1 egg, 1T soy sauce, 1/2T sesame oil, 1t sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
Assemble Dumplings: Dip rice paper in cold water, place on a plate, add 2T filling, and fold sides to enclose.
Step 6
Cook Dumplings: Heat 1T oil in a pan. Cook dumplings over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Step 7
