Sweet, smoky, and spicy, these Air Fryer Gochujang Chicken are so easy to make and are perfect for any meal. They are super easy to make as all you have to do is marinate the chicken then add them to the air fryer!

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl add your chicken, followed by olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar and baking powder. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
Step 2
Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a single layer, place chicken thighs skin side down.
Step 5
Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 6 - 10 minutes or until internal reaches 165 degrees.
Step 6
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes. Then slice into strips.
Step 7
Enjoy on it's on or serve over some rice!
