Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mash banana with cinnamon and sugar wisk in vanilla and milk. Wisk all ingredients together well. (Add small amounts of water if too thick) Should be able to pour slowly. Use a half cup scoop to pour mix onto a medium heat pan. Flip once the cakes have holes in the top. About 2-3 minutes each side.
