1yellow onion

slim, roughly chopped

½ cuppanko-style breadcrumbs
¼ cupchicken broth
½ tablespoontomato paste
1 teaspoondijon mustard
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
2 tablespoonsflat-leaf parsley
chopped, fresh

1 poundground turkey
preferable a mix of dark and light meat, or just dark
glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Coat 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray
Step 2
Finely dice onion, garlic, carrot in food processor, or by hand.
Step 3
Heat a large skilled, coat with oil, then add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring for 7-10 minutes until brown. Transfer to bowl.

Add breadcrumbs, broth, tomato paste, mustard, worcestershire, parsley, 1 TB salt, 0.5 tsp pepper, and stir. Add egg. Add turkey and combine until dispersed.
