Instructions

Step 1
Cut the broccoli into a bite size. (fine beans: cut into half length)
Step 2
Boil the broccoli with some salt for few minutes, and drain. (When you boil them, boil some water first and then add the broccoli)
Step 3
Cool down a bit.
Step 4
Put the sesame seeds into a pan over low heat, toast until puffy. If its roast sesame seeds, no need to do this. (If you like, grinding sesame seeds would be nice
Step 5
Put sesame, soy sauce, sugar,mirin in a bowl, mix well.
Step 6
Add the broccoli and mix well.
