Instructions

Step 1
cover chicken with 12 cups water
Step 2
add salt, msg, onion, celery and carrots
Step 3
simmer 3 hours
Step 4
remove chicken from bones and return to pot
Step 5
remove veggies

add pureed tomatoes to broth
Step 7
add noodles and cook for 15 minutes
